We send dated photos and video of the actual loading — your batch, your bags, your seal number — before the vessel sails. No stock photos.
Moisture, microbial load, heavy metals — a Certificate of Analysis from Equinox Labs, our NABL-accredited testing partner, ships with every batch by default.
Trial orders, partial LC, or advance-against-inspection — structured so you're not the only one exposed. If a batch misses spec, we replace it, in writing.
